Trabectedin D3 (Ecteinascidin 743 D3) is the deuterated form of Trabectedin· Trabectedin (Ecteinascidin 743; ET-743) is a tetrahydroisoquinoline alkaloid with potent anti-tumor activity· Trabectedin binds to the minor groove of DNA, blocks stress-induced protein transcription, induces DNA backbone cleavage and cancer cell apoptosis, and increases ROS generation in MCF-7 and MDA-MB-453 cells· Trabectedin can be used for research on soft tissue sarcoma and ovarian cancer
