1. Research Use Only (RUO)

Unless expressly stated otherwise on the product documentation, all products sold by LABO Scientific are intended strictly for laboratory research use only. They are not intended for human or animal diagnostic, therapeutic, or clinical use. The buyer is solely responsible for ensuring that purchased products are used in accordance with applicable laws and institutional guidelines.

2. Buyer Representations & Indemnity

By placing an order, the buyer represents and warrants that they possess the necessary qualifications, facilities, and regulatory approvals to safely receive, handle, store, and use the purchased reagents and chemicals. The buyer agrees to indemnify and hold harmless LABO Scientific against any claim, liability, or expense arising from the improper use, storage, disposal, or misrepresentation of our products.

3. Pricing & Specifications

All catalog prices are in Israeli New Shekel (ILS) and exclude VAT unless otherwise stated on the quote. LABO Scientific reserves the right to correct pricing errors and update product specifications without prior notice based on manufacturer changes or exchange rate fluctuations. Final pricing is confirmed at the time of quote issuance.

4. Orders & Quotes

All orders are subject to quote acceptance and stock availability. A binding order is confirmed only upon written acceptance of a formal quote from LABO Scientific. We reserve the right to decline or modify orders where products are unavailable, restricted, or require additional compliance documentation.

5. Intellectual Property

The catalog content, product descriptions, and site design are the property of LABO Scientific or its content providers. Unauthorized reproduction, data scraping, or automated harvesting of catalog data is strictly prohibited, including for the purpose of training AI or machine learning models.

6. Limitation of Liability

LABO Scientific's liability in connection with any product sale shall not exceed the purchase price of the relevant product. We make no warranties beyond those expressly stated on product documentation and disclaim all implied warranties of fitness for a particular purpose.

7. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Israel. Any dispute shall be resolved in the courts of Jerusalem district, Israel.
