Shipping Destinations

LABO Scientific ships exclusively within Israel. We deliver to research institutions, universities, hospitals, biotech companies, and pharmaceutical labs across the country. For international inquiries, please contact us directly at orders@labo.co.il.

Delivery Times

Our catalog items are sourced and imported to order from our international manufacturing partners, then inspected and quality-checked at our facility before dispatch. Most orders are delivered within 8–14 business days of order confirmation.

• Standard orders: 8–14 business days, covering manufacturer sourcing, international transit, customs clearance, and incoming quality control.
• Express options: Available on request for time-sensitive orders — contact us to discuss priority handling before placing your order.

Estimated delivery times are provided in good faith but are not guaranteed. Delays due to customs, carrier issues, or force majeure are beyond our control.

Cold-Chain & Temperature-Sensitive Logistics

Products requiring controlled temperature storage (−20°C, −80°C, or +4°C) are shipped using validated insulated packaging with dry ice or gel packs, via couriers specialized in cold-chain life science logistics within Israel. We confirm cold-chain compliance at dispatch and monitor packaging integrity.

If you have specific cold-chain requirements or site-delivery constraints, please communicate these at the time of quoting.

Order Tracking

Once your order ships, you will receive a tracking number by email. You can also request a status update at any time by contacting orders@labo.co.il.

Returns & Damaged Goods

Due to the sensitive nature of our product catalog, we cannot accept returns on temperature-sensitive materials, opened chemicals, or biological reagents once delivery has been confirmed. We do not offer change-of-mind returns.

If a product arrives damaged, out of temperature specification, or otherwise non-conforming, you must notify us at orders@labo.co.il within 5 business days of receipt with photographic documentation. We will investigate and arrange a replacement or credit where appropriate.

Customs & Import

LABO Scientific handles all import procedures, customs clearance, and regulatory documentation for products entering Israel. No action is required from the buyer for standard imports. For products with specific permit or documentation requirements, we will notify you in advance during the quoting process.
