ERAP2-IN-1 (compound 61) is a non-competitive inhibitor of ERAP2· It specifically inhibits the peptide hydrolysis activity of ERAP2, with an inhibition activity of IC50 = 27 μM for Arg-AMC hydrolysis and IC50 = 44 μM for model peptide hydrolysis
