Thrombin Receptor Antibody

Thrombin Receptor Antibody (catalogue number 33500) is a rabbit-derived primary antibody validated for Western blot, reactive with Human samples. It targets Proteinase-activated receptor 1 (F2R): High affinity receptor that binds the activated thrombin, leading to calcium release from intracellular stores. Supplied in 2 pack sizes, from 50ul at ₪893.28 to 100ul at ₪1,301.17; the final price is confirmed on your quote and the lot certificate of analysis ships with the order.

Target background

Target: Proteinase-activated receptor 1 (F2R) · Homo sapiens

High affinity receptor that binds the activated thrombin, leading to calcium release from intracellular stores. The thrombin-activated receptor signaling pathway is mediated through PTX-insensitive G proteins, activation of phospholipase C resulting in the production of 1D-myo-inositol 1,4,5-trisphosphate (InsP3) which binds to InsP3 receptors causing calcium release from the stores.

Subcellular location: Cell membrane

Tissue specificity: Platelets and vascular endothelial cells

Sequence length: 425 aa · 47441 Da
