Tyramide Amplification Buffer
Tyramide Amplification Buffer is a ready-to-use buffer primarily used for immunostaining of cells and tissues using the Tyramide Signal Amplification (TSA) technique· The TSA technique is based on a tyrosine enzyme labeling system, where an antibody labeled with tyrosine is reacted with a fluorescently labeled tyrosine substitute-tyramide-using horseradish peroxidase to generate highly amplified fluorescence signals· For example, horseradish peroxidase (HRP) can catalyze the reaction between tyrosine and hydrogen peroxide under mild conditions to produce epoxy groups· Free radicals promote the binding of tyramide to nearby amino acids, forming fluorescently labeled products
