TSPO ligand-1 is a ligand for AUTAC4 and can be used to synthesize PROTACs· TSPO ligand-1 is a mitochondrial outer membrane transmembrane domain protein that can bind to AUTAC4, regulate mitophagy (autophagy of mitochondria), and promote targeted mitochondrial renewal· TSPO ligand-1 can also participate in the transport of cholesterol from the outer membrane to the inner membrane of mitochondria, serving as a sensitive biomarker for brain injury and neurodegeneration
