Inactive ASO (in vivo) is an unactivated antisense oligonucleotide· ASOs are a type of oligonucleotide molecule typically composed of 20-30 nucleotides, used to interfere with or regulate gene expression· Inactive ASO (in vivo) has no targeting specificity in rodent genomes and can be used as a negative control for Tofersen· Inactive ASO (in vivo) contains sulfur-phosphorus backbone modifications and MOE modifications· The cytosines in inactive ASO (in vivo) are all 5'methylcytosine· The positions of chemical modifications can be found in the reference literature
