Lj-1-60 is an ATP-competitive inhibitor targeting Fyn protein kinase· Lj-1-60 inhibited melanoma proliferation and induced cell cycle arrest into the G2/M phase and apoptosis by targeting Fyn/Stat3 pathway· Lj-1-60 markedly reduced cell viability in a time- and dose-dependent manner, with IC50 values of 1·65 µM (Sk-Mel-5) and 1·36 µM (Sk-Mel-28), respectively· Also, the IC50 value of Lj-1-60 in melanocyte cells PIG1 was 3·9 µM
