The BSi (or TBDMS) ether is somewhat more labile towards TFA than the tBu ether protection of the Ser hydroxyl moiety· Ser(TBDMS) can be cleaaved selectiviely in the presence of Boc/tBu with Bu?N fluoride in DMF, but Fmoc is removed under these conditions as well
