Conjugated FADD Rabbit mAb

Conjugated FADD Rabbit mAb (catalogue number C56280) is a recombinant rabbit-derived conjugated primary antibody, reactive with Human samples. It targets FAS-associated death domain protein (FADD): Apoptotic adapter molecule that recruits caspases CASP8 or CASP10 to the activated FAS/CD95 or TNFRSF1A/TNFR-1 receptors. Supplied as 100ul at ₪1,627.49; the final price is confirmed on your quote and the lot certificate of analysis ships with the order.

Target background

Target: FAS-associated death domain protein (FADD) · Homo sapiens

Apoptotic adapter molecule that recruits caspases CASP8 or CASP10 to the activated FAS/CD95 or TNFRSF1A/TNFR-1 receptors. The resulting aggregate called the death-inducing signaling complex (DISC) performs CASP8 proteolytic activation. Active CASP8 initiates the subsequent cascade of caspases mediating apoptosis. Involved in interferon-mediated antiviral immune response, playing a role in the positive regulation of interferon signaling

Subcellular location: Cytoplasm

Tissue specificity: Expressed in a wide variety of tissues, except for peripheral blood mononuclear leukocytes

Sequence length: 208 aa · 23279 Da
