Subcellular location: Cell membrane

Tissue specificity: Highly expressed in adult heart, pancreas, skeletal muscle, brain, colon, small intestine, lung, ovary, prostate, spleen, lymph node, appendix and peripheral blood lymphocytes. Low expression in kidney, testis, liver, placenta, thymus and bone marrow.
