Promotes ubiquitination and subsequent proteasomal degradation of TRAF family members and RHOA. Promotes ubiquitination and subsequent proteasomal degradation of MAVS. Acts as a positive regulator of smoothened signaling pathway by mediating ubiquitination of PTCH1, leading to endocytosis and lysosomal degradation of PTCH1.
