TTC1 Polyclonal Antibody

TTC1 Polyclonal Antibody (catalogue number 31634) is a rabbit-derived primary antibody validated for Western blot, reactive with Human samples. It targets Tetratricopeptide repeat protein 1 (TTC1): Adapter protein that plays a role downstream of GNA15 to stimulate Ras activation and subsequent phosphorylation of ERK1/2 independently of phospholipase Cbeta signaling. Supplied in 2 pack sizes, from 50ul at ₪1,260.38 to 100ul at ₪1,790.64; the final price is confirmed on your quote and the lot certificate of analysis ships with the order.

Target background

Target: Tetratricopeptide repeat protein 1 (TTC1) · Homo sapiens

Adapter protein that plays a role downstream of GNA15 to stimulate Ras activation and subsequent phosphorylation of ERK1/2 independently of phospholipase Cbeta signaling. Mechanistically, interacts with GNA15 and SOS2 to form a macromolecular signaling complex which has a high affinity for HRAS. Additionally, participates in signaling via other G-alpha proteins like GNA14, activating NF-kappa-B through Ras and ERK pathways.
