Tissue specificity: Isoform 1 is expressed in fetal brain, brain, amygdala, caudate nucleus, cerebellum, hippocampus, pituitary, thalamus, heart, skeletal muscle and testis. Isoform 4 is expressed in amygdala, corpus callosum, hippocampus, spinal cord, kidney, liver, lung, spleen, uterus, testis.
